The sideboard.

Here are a couple snap shots of the sideboard in our dining room. The cubies have been perfect for storing my art supplies and some of Rudy's math papers. Hooray for getting organized!
The painting on the left is by the ever-wonderful Kelly Tunstall, and the print on the right is by our incredibly talented friend Jeremy Slagle, (you should definitely check out his site).
...and a silly picture of me for my Grandma Dee :)

Superga Shoes.

A couple of weeks ago, my friend, designer Jeremy Slagle, called me up and said he needed a model for a catalog he was working on for an Italian shoe company called Superga. So I squeezed my 10 to 11 sized foot into a size 9 and he took some shots. As you can see, he's just as talented behind the camera as he is with a pencil and paper.

Just looking at the pictures sends a shiver up my spine. It was around 30 degrees when we were shooting. Chelsea+Skirt+30 degrees=Purple Legs. I'm glad that didn't come through in the finished product. Also, the photo of the shoes with a twin lense is shot on our wood floors.

The whole thing came out great and I'm happy to be a small part of a very awesome catalog.
